WHY DOES MY DETOXIFYING CHARCOAL MASK STING?
The Detoxifying Charcoal Mask main ingredient is activated charcoal. As the mask begins to detoxify the skin, it pulls the impurities, toxins and bacteria to the surface of the skin producing a stinging sensation. This stinging should ease as you cleanse your face with warm water.

MY PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
Unfortunately, when packages leave our warehouse, we can’t control how the carrier services handle packages. All products are safely inspected and packaged with crinkle paper, heavy duty cardboard boxes, and poly bubble mailers to ensure the safety of your products. However, in some circumstances this still may not be enough protection. If any of your products arrive damaged you should:

1. Take a picture of your damage products as well as the packaging it arrived in.
2. Email Renewed Wellness Body Care at customerservice@ourrenewedwellness.com
3. Your email should include your order number, date of purchase, photos of damaged goods and an explanation of how your products arrived.
4. Please allow 3-4 days to process your requests for damages.
5. Depending on the carrier service that is used, some claims may take longer than others to file.
6. Once claims are completed, a new product will be on its way to you.
